The overall objective of PPRI is to assist the communities in northern Kenya and Somali government (which is currently our area of operation), in improving their lives through selected interventions e.g. areas of Nutrition, water, sanitation & hygiene, Agriculture, food and NFI distributions, Human Rights promotions, community development through micro-projects, animal rights and welfare and Afforestation.

•To prevent, treat and cure malnutrition both severe and moderate acute malnutrition among the Agro-pastoral and pastoralist communities living in Somalia and Kenya towns and the surrounding villages
• Give emergency assistance to less fortunate members of society affected by famine, floods, war of terrorisms and inter-clan conflict etc.
• To improve the quality and accessibility of drinking water
• Support peace building and reconciliation activities through education (drama, sports, songs and poetry)
• Increase women participation in leadership and decision making in the society
• Raising community awareness regarding to self-reliance, influencing decision making process, ownership, and democratization and strengthening civil society of all genders.
• Promote the adult education program
• Mobilizing the community towards the achievements of equal opportunity regardless of status or race.
• To promote the protection of the environment and improving the sanitation status.
• To advocate for the deprived right of the Female gender {Equality} as well as the young children.
• To participate and develop peace rallies in the Region and the District in particular.
• To support the education activities through mobilization of youth to eradicate illiteracy.
